All the Engineering Courses conducted under craftsman training scheme are affiliated to NCVT Govt. of India vide order no DGET – 6/9/7/85-TC dt 04-12-1985, DGET No. 6(9)/86 TC dated 05/9/86, 12/1/96 TC dated 07/8/96 and 12/1/2009 –TC dated 20/3/2009.

Courses

DRAUGHTSMAN (CIVIL)

A Civil Draughtsman create technical drawing of building, bridges, highways, sewage control system etc by using computer assisted drawing (CAD) or by hand drawing using drawing Instruments. Besides creating drawing his duty includes estimating construction cost, calculating structural strength, assessing building capacity, and surveying of land locations. Draughtsman works in conjunction with Architects or Civil Engineers. Latest surveying equipments like Total Station and Digital Theodolite are being used now a days and this Institute is fully equipped with it for the training of students. Our Civil department has a well furnished computer lab for the Auto CAD training.

The constructional boom in India and abroad provides plenty of job opportunities for Draughtsman Civil Trade.

ELECTRONIC MECHANIC

Electronic Mechanic is a four semester (2 year ) engineering course. Students are able to specialize in repair and maintenance of Electronic equipments such as SMPS , UPS, convertor, solar power system, communication equipments, fibre optics , computer Hardware, micro controller and home appliances . The training programme enable the students for prospective carriers in Electronic equipment manufacturing companies, Automobile electronic companies, public sector companies, Metro Rail Corporations, and Petro Chemical Industries ( Eg. ONGC HPCL). Students can also opt for higher studies after passing this course.

MECHANIC MOTOR VEHICLE ( MMV)

Mechanic Motor Vehicle is a four semester two year course under NCVT. Students are trained in repair maintenance and overhauling of 2, 3 wheeler ‘s light vehicles, heavy vehicles and petrol / Diesel Engines. Students are provided training to adopt the changing technology and repair technique as vehicle components are much sophisticated. Fault diagonize of MPFI, CRDI Engines, using scanners and latest auto electrical systems are taught during training . Automobile Industry is the fast growing one and the job prospects of skilled automobile mechanics are the highest.
